The intricate pattern on our hand-dyed Batik Bandana is crafted by skilled artisans in Indonesia using a 700-year-old batik technique.

This fabric is made from tightly woven cotton fabric that feels more substantial than the flowy thinner bandana fabric.

This bandana is made from white cotton fabric that is then hand-stamped and hand-dyed using 700 years old batik wax and dye technique. The batik fabric is also then sun baked. You should expect some variation of the color.

This pattern is called Bunga Bangkai Pink, or Corpse Flower. This batik pattern is modeled after an actual flower Corpse Flower that exist in Sumatra, Indonesia.
- The corpse flower or Rafflesia arnoldii, and has a rotten corpse smell. Its bloom can be as large as 8 feet wide and it only blooms 2-3 days every 2-3 years.

- Due to the pre-washing process and the use of hot wax in its creation, our bandana may have slight variations in shape, resulting in a non-perfect square. This minor shrinkage is a natural part of the traditional batik process, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
