Holiday Shipping 2025

Holiday Shipping Deadlines has passed.

Please note: While we ship on time, actual delivery dates depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Holiday Schedule: Starting December 16th 2025 to January 10th 2026, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping time (temporarily increased from our typical 1-day turnaround). We will only offer USPS Ground Advantage standard shipping for 5 to 8 business days estimated shipping delivery time during this period.

United States of America

We offer free shipping within contiguous United States on order over $30. There will be a shipping charge for non-contiguous United States.

We fulfill and ship out products from California within 1 to 2 business days, except as stated above.
All orders will ship with a tracking code. After orders are fulfilled within a few business days, the following are shipping time:

Standard shipping will take approximately 4 to 8 business days. Standard shipping will ship with one of these carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Priority shipping will take approximately 2 to 5 business days. Priority shipping will ship with either USPS Priority Mail. (Not available from 12/16/2025 to 1/10/2026)

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on all products, except for face masks. No returns/ exchanges for face masks.

For returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Conditions of return on all products except face mask:

Free return within contiguous USA. Return will be processed to the same form of payment used to purchase the product. Returned items need to be in its original packaging, in a new and unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers from non-contiguous USA and outside of USA will pay for return shipping and we will refund the full price of item once received within 10 business days to the original method of payment minus shipping fee to buyer, if any.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving the item back.
