We offer free shipping within contiguous United States on order over $30.

We fulfill and ship out products from California within 1 to 2 business days.
All orders will ship with a tracking code. After orders are fulfilled within a few business days, the following are shipping time:

Economy shipping will take approximately 4 to 8 business days. Standard shipping will ship with one of these carriers: USPS Ground Mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Standard shipping will take approximately 2 to 5 business days. Standard shipping will ship with USPS Priority Mail.

Outside of USA

We ship to outside of USA to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Please note the following regarding international orders:
- Duties and Taxes: Any VAT, customs duties, or other tariffs levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and may be collected at the time of delivery.
- Returns: In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to the USA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on all products, except for face masks. No returns/ exchanges for face masks.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
In the event of a return on international orders, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to the USA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Conditions of return on all products except face mask:

Free return within contiguous USA. Return will be processed to the same form of payment used to purchase the product. Returned items need to be in its original packaging, in a new and unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers from non-contiguous USA and outside of USA will pay for return shipping and we will refund the full price of item once received within 10 business days to the original method of payment minus shipping fee to buyer, if any.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving the item back.
