This is a hand-dyed and hand-stamped batik bandana, handmade by artisans. This fabric is handmade by artisans in Java using centuries old wax & dye batik technique. 

  • This fabric is made from soft lightweight bandana fabric.
  • This bandana is made from white cotton fabric that is then hand-stamped and hand-dyed using 700 years old batik wax and dye technique. The batik fabric is also then sun baked. You should expect some variation of the color.
  • This pattern is called Blue Roses
  • Size: 39”x39”. 
  • Due to the pre-washing process and the use of hot wax in its creation, our bandana may have slight variations in shape, resulting in a non-perfect square. This minor shrinkage is a natural part of the traditional batik process, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Larger than our normal size batik bandana of ~ 20". XL bandana. Bandana top.
  • Made with 100% cotton fabric
  • Machine washable in cold and air dry. Wash batik separate from other garments.
  • You can wear them as bandana around your neck, as a head and hair cover wrap or as a face mask.
  • Also great bandana for your pet dog

This is a really high quality, beautiful bandana scarf. It was a gift for my daughter, who loves this sort of thing and is insanely picky. I had bought a few before this from other sellers, all of which got me a polite smile and “thanks mom” and went straight into her drawer.
